This is the best car repair and maintenance facility in Northwest Illinois. This coming from a longtime resident who has tried, or heard about, just about all of them! They have this "fifth sense" about cars that's almost spiritual. They're, like, "car whisperers" who can give you reduced cost alteatives to the massive unforeseen and unfunded expenses that the voices in your head are screaming at you! I have underspent my expectations every single time I have visited these good folks and I have been going here for years. They've kept my 2007 Scion Xb, with close to a couple of hundred grand on it, on the road way past its destined mortality. They've also put a timing belt on my wife's Mini Cooper S for half the price of the dealership! They've done my son & daughter's cars and too many friends to count so we all conspire to shout out the truth about theses dudes & dudettes . . . they're phenomenal! Try them out. It's worth the slight risk.

Pete at Cumberland Auto Repair has been doing a great job working on my cars for years. When it was time for a new car, I didn’t hesitate to look into Cumberland Auto Sales. I got a great car at a fair price about a year and a half ago. The car is doing great. Pete has done a great job upkeeping my new, used car and I have only needed normal and regular maintenance work done. I have a Honda CRV and I’m taking good care of it so it can last as long as a Honda can!! Thank you George and Pete!!
